Every digital product sold through the NextXus Federation storefront — including the Sovereign Token, the NextXus SIM Engine, and all Federation University courses and workshops — is backed by a full 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.

If for any reason you are not satisfied within 30 calendar days of purchase, you receive a full refund. No interrogation. No hoops. Your learning — and your investment — is sacred.

How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request to keywebco@gmail.com with your order confirmation number. Refunds are processed through Paddle within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. If you purchased via PayPal, initiate a dispute through PayPal and we will approve it.

Scope

This guarantee applies to all digital manifestations sold at next-xus.com:

• Sovereign Token — $5.00 access token
• NextXus SIM Engine (Midgo Specialist) — downloadable AI personality package
• Federation University — all courses and certifications ($100–$280)

The 30-day window begins on the date of purchase confirmation. After 30 days, sales are final.
